CLEARLINE'S ROLE
Clearline managed the project's construction. On a build this large, the construction manager's job is to keep every trade, delivery, and milestone aligned across the site.
Clearline utilized our systematic, process-driven approach, with structured trade coordination, active schedule management, and clear reporting to ownership throughout the build.
Precast concrete construction added its own coordination requirements. Panel fabrication with a manufacturing partner, delivery, and erection must be carefully sequenced with the trades that follow. Clearline managed that sequencing so the work on site kept moving.
THE OUTCOME
The Winnipeg Light Industrial project was completed in 2019, with a total construction time of 10 months.

- Largest commercial condo development of its kind in the area
The project gave purchasers durable, high-quality commercial space, and it showed that Clearline can deliver at scale outside its home market.
